If you have entered a nomination for Executive PA Magazine's Best Organised Event by a PA, Boss of the Year or Employer of the Year then it will go through two rounds of judging. All based on the nomination submitted. If you are shortlisted you may be required to submit further information such as C.V. and Job Description. There are 5 finalists for each category, the finalists will be notified in advance of the evening and will be invited to attend. Live on the night the Winner and two runner-ups will be announced and will be invited on to the stage.

Nominations for Executive PA Magazine's PA of the Year and Up and Coming PA of the Year go through the same initial judging process based on the submitted nomination. Shortlisted PAs will then be independently evaluated. The Finalists will then be asked to attend an interview on the afternoon of the awards, where our judges will interview each candidate. The Winner and two runner-ups will be announced live later that evening.

We will announce our judges for 2010 shortly. Our 2009 formidable panel consisted of Kerri Peterson, National Marketing Manager from Kelly Services, Pat Kriel, SA Division President-Elect, AIOP and Russell Peacock, Chairman of Solutions Publish, publisher of Executive PA Magazine- all heavyweights in the PA arena.

''Judging the Up and Coming PA and Executive PA Magazine: PA of the Year awards was tough, each individual displayed great passion for their profession and demonstrated outstanding business acumen with clear aspirations'' Kerri Peterson, Kelly Services

''I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to represent AIOP and to be involved with judging prior to the event. I look forward to our two organisations working closely together in promoting and rewarding the success and achievements of the Executive PA sector in Australia.'' Pat Kriel AIOP

''All the of the shortlisted PAs for both awards were of an extremely high caliber, and choosing those PAs to be shortlisted was difficult enough, so the task for the judges was not an easy one'' Russell Peacock Solutions Publish

The winners receive a great prize, certificate, and lovely trophy, but perhaps most important you receive National recognition, coverage in the magazine which is a great boost for your career and personal development. Winning the award will enhance even the most senior PAs C.V.
