Work… it’s enough to make anyone feel blue, and if a new survey is to be believed our workplaces don’t care enough about our mental health. A national survey carried out for SuperFriend Industry Funds Forum Mental Health Foundation has revealed just how little support workers receive from their employers when it comes to their mental wellbeing. Half of all respondents claimed they often felt stressed, while 25 per cent confessed to often feeling depressed but an overwhelming majority (70 per cent) revealed that there is no support program in their workplace to help workers in times of need.
